Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes.
• On orders under $75 CAD, shipping & handling is calculated at checkout based on your address and package, before you pay.

Delivery expectations

• Orders are packed and shipped within [X business days].
• Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout and depends on your location.
• You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships, and you can check it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
• Orders are packaged in our signature pink packaging.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
• For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final sale

• Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, except where required by law.
• Clearly identified clearance items are final sale, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged, defective, misrepresented or incorrect item. We will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and cover reasonable return shipping where applicable. This does not limit your legal rights.

Exchanges

To exchange, return the eligible item and place a new order for the piece you want.
